HSE POLICY

The long term business success of JBS S.a.r.l depends on our ability to countinually improve the quality of our services  while protecting  people and the environment. Emphas is must be replaced on ensuring human health, operational safety, environmental protection, quality enhancement .

This commitment is in the best interest of our customers , ouremployees and contractors in which we live and work.

JBS S.a.r.l requires the active commitment to, and accountability for QHSE from all employees and contractors.

Line  managment has a leadership role in the communication and implementation of, and ensuring compliance with QHSE policies and standars. We are commited to :

Protect  and strive for improvement  of the health, safety and security of our people at all times ;

Eliminate quality non-conformances and HSE accident ;

Meet specified customer requirements and ensure continuous customer satisfaction ;

Set QUALITY & HSE performance objectives, measure results, assess and continuallyimproveprocesses, services through the use of an effective management system ;

Plan for responding to , and recovering from any emergency.

Minimize our impact on the enviromental through pollution prevention ;

Apply our technical skills to all HSE aspects in our services ;

This Policy shall be regularly reviewed  to ensure on going suitability. The commitments listed are in addition to our basic obligation to comply with JBS S.a.r.l standars, as well  as all applicable laws and regulations where we operate and allow us to minimize all losses  and accidents or  nearmiss as well.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

JBS adopts the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 as a principle to develop its system of Management of quality. The scope Quality Management System ( QMS)  is based on the nature of our organization, its structure,  process  interaction and the competence of our staff.
The management here demonstrates its total commitment by establishing; documenting, implementing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement in accordance with the requirements of  ISO 9001: 2015.
To implement the quality management system, the management of JBS :

-Identifies the processes needed for the QMS
-Adjusts the sequence and interaction of these processes,
-Determines criteria and methods required to ensure efficiency and control these processes.
-Planned  to measure,  monitor and analyze  these processes, implementing the necessary actions to achieve planned results and continuous improvement.

The Management  is committed to control external processes to ensure that these processes meet contractual requirements .The scope  of  this control is to check :

The impact of the service / product delivered
The degree to which the process control is shared
The ability to achieve control through clause 7.4 of the standard :
